Dazu haben wir den Raum in verschiedene Zonen unterteilt und moderne Medientechnik eingeführt. Von Kantine zum vielfältig nutzbaren Kundenbistro

Pausenräume waren lange Zeit nicht viel mehr als eine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle und einigen Sitzgelegenheiten. Doch die Ansprüche haben sich inzwischen erheblich gewandelt. Die gemeinsame Zeit und der persönliche Austausch mit Kolleg:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen sind der Hauptgrund, warum Menschen ins Büro kommen. Diese Räume müssen heute das Miteinander fördern, die Kommunikation unterstützen und Erholung ermöglichen. Sie sind nicht nur während der Mittagszeit für das Team gedacht, sondern bieten auch einen attraktiven Raum für die Begegnung mit Kundinnen und Kunden. Markilux selbst bezeichnet diesen Raum nun als „Kundenbistro“. Die Nutzung durch die Mitarbeitenden ist natürlich ebenfalls möglich. Kompletter Umbau in nur zwei Wochen

Der gesamte Umbau sollte in sehr kurzer Zeit stattfinden, um die Betriebsabläufe möglichst wenig zu stören. Die bestehende Küche wurde erhalten, aber durch neue Fronten dem gemütlicheren Look der Lounge angepasst.
